Hi! I’m Lisa Lapon

I’m Lisa Lapon, 30 y/o and living in Ghent. Currently I’m working 6,5 years as a designer at Leap Forward in Ghent. But I’m looking forward to taking on a new professional challenge where I can continue to grow.

 I try to bring a broad range of creative skills to the table, from branding and visual identity to UI/UX design, illustration, and motion graphics. Alongside the technical side, I value curiosity, empathy, and teamwork. These qualities help me bring ideas to life in a collaborative way.

Outside of my main job, I run a small side hustle where I explore and expand my skills through hands-on projects. Lately, I’ve been focusing on lettering, illustration, and merchandise design — a fun way to keep learning and experimenting creatively.

I recently started following the “Masterclass 1: Van briefing tot merkstrategie” course at School Of Branding (Artevelde Hogeschool) as a way to strengthen my knowledge and learn from experts in the field but also from the other students that have been working in design/marketing …

Beyond design, I’m passionate about sports and movement — football, bouldering, cycling, and interior design are a few of my interests.
